668 Cuesta-Rey/Tampa Life Cigar Box Purse

These Cuesta-Rey cigar boxes are cute to begin with. The original box is so colorful- mostly yellow with a Cuban beauty and gold coin label inside and out. I painted the back black and decoupaged an image of a vintage postcard showing the scenic University of Tampa (at that time a hotel)  and the words: “Tampa Life”. Four gold crystals have been place in the corners around the image of the postcard. You could wear it either way. The original green tax stamp has been left as is. Gold feet have been added to the bottom and back of the cigar box purse for protection. A cute black button closure has been added for security. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or cross body. I sell straps too if you need one.  The handle is made up of gorgeous black, red, yellow, blue, silver and gold beads and a black tassel. The interior has been loved with padded leopard fabric and black trim- small but plenty big enough for keys, lipstick, cell phone! You will get compliments! 5.75 x 10.75 x 1.5
