682 Vintage Circa 1970’s Red Thompson Cigar **Man Box**

Wow! These vintage cigar boxes are so hard to find! This one is red with beautiful labels of a Spanish Queen and gold coins and crests in and out. This is old so there is some paper wear in the corners and the hinge area. I added hinges where there were none for protection and in doing so, this left a slight gap at the opening.  Please see photos! Thompson Cigar Co. has been around for 100 years and they are located here in Tampa. I don’t have an exact date on this cigar box, but it is defiantly 1970’s!  I added a protective coating to the outside of the box. As usual, I added the ornate feet, a pewter knob on this one for ease of opening and lined it with padded black velvet. These look great on a dresser, desk or bookcase. Valet for keys, wallet and change, watch box, jewelry box, remote controls, stash box- the uses are endless. Great gift for Father’s Day, graduation or groomsmen gifting.
