#896 $89.99 Vintage Tampa Bay Hotel Postcard Cigar Box Purse

This is an absolutely adorable upcycled cigar box purse! An image of the old Tampa Bay Hotel (now part of the University of Tampa), with alligators framing the view, has been decoupaged onto the front. Black and clear crystals adorn the sides of the image. The cigar box is a beautiful, brown, wooden, My Father Cigar box, found in Tampa. It has dovetail detailing in the corners and the original, gorgeous, green tax stamp.I flipped it so that the opening is now on the top of the cigar box purse. The original closure has been left and a black button closure added for extra security. I painted the back black. Antique gold purse feet have been added to the back and bottom of the purse for protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or cross-body. I sell straps and gold and silver cross body chains too.The cross body chain in the last photo is available but not included. The handle is made up of brown, gold and silver beads and a brown tassel.  The inside of the cigar box purse has the original label on the inner lid and has been lined in padded leopard fabric and black lace trim. 6.5 x 9 x 2.25 THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
