2129 The “Carson” Elizabeth Taylor Lipstick Quote Cigar Box Purse
Named for the client who gave me this idea for a custom purse, the Carson is such an adorable Humadorable! The quote, the look on her face, and the repurposed lipstick brooch combined with a little black crystal bling is a winning combination. The back of the black Brick House cigar box has been left authentically original and the label on the inner lid has also been left in its original state. The handle is made up of black wooden, crystal and a red crystal bead in the center along with a substantial red tassel. I lined the interior of the upcycled purse with padded and plush red velvet and black trim. 7.25 x 8.25 x 3″.
Eight gold purse feet protect the back and bottom and eight gold corner protectors have been added to the front and back. I flipped the cigar box so that the opening is now on the top and it has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or crossbody. I sell straps and gold and silver cross body chains too. The chain on my mannequin, Suzy, is available, but not included.
** THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! Also, these are all hand made by me, not a machine, so when applicable, fluctuations in my decoupage medium can also occur. They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
