2128 University of Tampa Moonlight and Minarets Cigar Box Purse
The beautiful UT Minarets are such an integral part of Tampa’s skyline and Plant Hall, which used to be the old Tampa Bay Hotel, is so rich in history! This image of the UT minarets with the full moon in the background has been lovingly decoupaged onto a black, wooden, Tabak, cigar box with gold trim. I framed the image with two rows black bling and the back of the upcycled cigar box has been left originally authentic. The original green seal remains in tact. I lined the interior with padded and plush black velvet and gold trim and the handle is made up of black wooden beads and a substantial black silk tassel. Eight gold purse feet protect the back and bottom and eight gold corner protectors have been added to the front and back.
I flipped the cigar box so that the opening is now on the top and it has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or crossbody. I sell straps and gold and silver cross body chains too. The chain on my mannequin, Suzy, is available, but not included. 7 x 8 x 3″
** THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! Also, these are all hand made by me, not a machine, so when applicable, fluctuations in my decoupage medium can also occur. They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
