1615 Stevie Cigar Box Purse
This cigar box purse boasts the most beautiful image of a 20 something year old Stevie Nicks- the ultimate 1970’s rock icon! It’s a black, wooden, La Flor Dominicana, 707 cigar box to begin with, flipped so that the opening is now on the top and given a three ball lock for security. I painted the back black and sealed it. Four gold corner protectors have been added to the front of the cigar box bag and eight gold purse feet protect the back and bottom. The purse has gold cross body hardware and the chain comes with this one. The chain can be cross bodied, or doubled up and worn over the wrist. You also have the option of removing the chain and adding one of your own or a ribbon, strap etc. Some of you are very creative! The inside has been lined with padded black velvet. I love it! 6 x 7.5 x 2.75″ THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description. If you don’t like what you see, I can do custom cigar box purses and can include anything you like!- pictures of family members, pets, places- you name it! I always ship insured. History: The Gomez family behind La Flor Dominicana cigars began making cigars in 1994 in a tiny facility in the Dominican Republic. Back then the name was Los Libertadores, but it was soon changed to La Flor Dominicana. The cigars began as mild smokes but have evolved considerably over the years, with the addition of several bold new iterations, many of them powered by tobacco leaves grown on a farm the Gomez’s run in La Canela. The La Flor Dominicana history has been one of innovation, particularly in sizes. Shapes such as The Chisel, with its distinctive wedge-shaped head, and the El Jocko Perfecto, which looks like a bowling pin, have enamored cigar smokers. Today, the company owns a modern and impressive cigar factory in Tamboril, Dominican Republic, and the company’s La Flor Dominicana Andalusian Bull was named Cigar of the Year for 2016.
