2037 Colorful Parrot II Cigar Box Purse
I’m over the moon for these parrot brooches and for this banana leaf image! They adorn a beautiful, east/west shaped, wooden, Sobremesa, Robusto, Largo cigar box. The back has been painted black and sealed, and I left the absolutely gorgeous, authentic seals. I lined the interior with padded and plush green velvet and white trim. The original label adorns the inner lid with scenes of the Havana harbour and a tobacco plantation, gold coins, and crown. The handle has been done in green, green crystal, and black crystal beads along with a pretty sage green tassel. Four rows of green crystal bling have been added to the sides of this repurposed gem for extra flair!
The cigar box has been flipped so that the opening is now on the top and has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Eight gold purse feet have been added to the back and bottom and eight corner protectors to the front and back for protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or crossbody. I sell straps and gold and silver crossbody chains too. The chain on my mannequin, Suzy, is available, but not included. 8 x 8.8 x 3.75 ″ ** THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
