2378 Pearl and Scarab Brooch Cigar Box Purse
This gorgeous repurposed brooch has been placed front and center onto a brown, wooden, El Rey del Mundo Appointment cigar box. El Rey del Mundo translates to King of the World. Four gold filigree corners have been added to the corners for an even more regal look. The gold crown logo on the front of the cigar box is stunning and it’s also found on the inner lid done in black. I painted the back of this upcycled gem black and sealed it. The handle is made up of all black wooden beads with a gold crystal bead in the center and a gold silk tassel. The interior is beautifully line with padded and plush honey gold velvet and cream petal trim. 7 x 10 x 2.25″
I flipped the cigar box so that the opening is now on the top and it has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Eight gold purse feet have been added to the back and bottom and four corner protectors to the back for protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or crossbody. I sell straps and gold and silver crossbody chains too. The chain in the last photo is available, but not included.
THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description. If you don’t like what you see, I can do custom cigar box purses and can include anything you like!- pictures of family members, pets, places- you name it! I always ship insured.
