2191 Stars and Stripes Cigar Box Purse
What better way to show your patriotism than through your accessories- says Susan! This fun stars and striped image has been lovingly decoupaged onto a blue, Cohiba cigar box and an upcycled and repurposed heart shaped stars and stripes brooch has been added front and center. Gold filigree corners have been added. The back of the now purse has been painted black and sealed. The interior has been lined in padded and plush royal blue velvet and red trim. The handle has been done in blue beads with a red crystal beads in the center and a substantial red silk tassel- so fun! 8 x 9.5 x 3.5″
I flipped the cigar box so that the opening is now on the top and it has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Eight gold purse feet have been added to the back and bottom and four gold corner protectors to the back for protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or crossbody. I sell straps and gold and silver crossbody chains too. The chain in the last photo is available, but not included.
THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! Also, these are all hand made by me, not a machine, so when applicable, fluctuations in my decoupage medium can also occur. They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
