1375 Vintage Tampa Bay Hotel Postcard Cigar Box Purse
This vintage postcard image has been decoupaged onto the front of a black CAO, M x 2 cigar box. Four large, clear crystals frame the image. The beautiful Tampa Bay Hotel is now Plant Hall and part of the University of Tampa. It has been painstakingly preserved and is absolutely beautiful- truly a highlight of downtown Tampa. I painted the back black and gave it a protective coating. The CAO cigar box has silver lettering and the original logo on the inner lid. The cigar box purse has been flipped so that the opening is now on the top and has been given a secure and oh so cute three ball closure for security. Eight gold purse feet have been added to the back and bottom of the cigar box bag for protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or cross- body. I sell straps and gold and silver cross body chains too. The chain in the last photo is available, but not included. The handle is made up of red, silver and black beads and a black tassel. The interior has the been lined in padded and plush black velvet and red trim. 6.5 x 10 x 2.5″. THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description. If you don’t like what you see, I can do custom cigar box purses and can include anything you like!- pictures of family members, pets, places- you name it! I always ship insured. Feel free to call me! 813-655-8003

History: CAO was founded in 1968 and our factory is located in Nicaragua. While our company is rich with history, our passion is creating new cigars using unique and rare tobaccos. Once we have our ideas, we bring them to our factory in Estelì, Nicaragua. Many of the artisans there have been with us for decades. They can roll cigars of any size or shape, from the simplest to the most difficult. Many of them start at CAO in the same way. When we have an opening, we ask our employees if any of their relatives would like to join the team. For many, working at the factory has become a family tradition.
