2264 Green Equestrian Hermes Scarf Cigar Box Purse
So classy! This beautiful, vintage, Hermes scarf image has been decoupaged onto the front and back of a blonde, wooden Gurkha, Solara cigar box. The green equestrian image is full of fancy bits and reins all gorgeous and gold! I added a gold snaffle bit front and center-a very popular designer touch these days! Five rows of black bling flank the sides. The handle is made up of all black wooden beads with a green crystal bead in the center and a substantial black silk tassel. I lined the inside with padded and plush green velvet and black petal trim. Eight gold purse feet protect the back and bottom and eight gold corner protectors have been added to the front and back of this repurposed gem.
I flipped the cigar box so that the opening is now on the top and it has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or crossbody. I sell straps and gold and silver cross body chains too. The chain in the last photo is available, but not included. 6.5 x 9.75 x 3″
