2171 La Promesa Pink Pineapple Cigar Box Purse
Let me start by saying that this little My Father, La Promesa cigar box was a thing of beauty even before I got my hands on it! The labels that wrap around the blond wood to the back and the inner label are all gorgeous and have been left authentically as is. A darling, sparkly, repurposed, pink pineapple brooch has been placed front and center and is most definitely the star of the show! Four gold filigree scrolls have been added to the corners on the front of this upcycled gem. I lined the interior with padded and plush hot pink velvet and hot pink petal trim. The handle is done in pink and crystal beads with a pink multi silk tassel- so pretty!
I flipped the cigar box so that the opening is now on the top and it has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Eight gold purse back for protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or cross- body. I sell straps and gold and silver cross body chains too. The chain on my mannequin, Suzy, is available, but not included. 6 x 8.75 x 3.25” This would be the perfect bag for winter, spring, summer or fall!
** THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! Also, these are all hand made by me, not a machine, so when applicable, fluctuations in my decoupage medium can also occur. They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
