1943 Mint Ostrich Cigar Box with Pearl CC Brooch
So fresh and lovely for Spring- the mint ostrich pattern has been decoupaged onto the front and back of this adorable Humadorable cigar box handbag! The gorgeous replica pearl CC brooch is the real star here. Four half pearls grace the corners and two have been placed on top of this upcycled gem. Unlike most of my cigar box purses that have beaded handles, I chose to give this one a gorgeous 24″ gold chunky acrylic chain. I lined the inside with padded and plush white velvet and mint green rose trim. The cigar box itself is a neutral, wooden, CAO, Pilon, Anejo with the original logo on the inner lid. I flipped the cigar box so that the opening is now on the top and it has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Eight gold purse feet have been added to the back and bottom and eight gold corner protectors to the front and back for protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This bag can be worn as a clutch, worn over the shoulder with the chain that’s included, over the wrist, or with another cross body chain. (see below) 6.75 x 10 x 2.75″ THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
