2121 She Sells Sea Shells Cigar Box Purse
This gorgeous cigar box purse starts out a brown, wooden, Perdomo, Champagne, 10th Anniversary cigar box. The labels wrap to the back and the back of the purse has been painted black and sealed. The front has a pink and gold sea shell image and a beautiful starfish. The starfish is made of a light plastic but looks so real. I painted it in rich gold and added pearls to the center. The box has been further adorned with gold filigree corners. I did the handle in gold and crystal pearl beads. The inside has been lovingly lined with padded and plush pink velvet and gold trim. The boxes vary only slightly. 7.5 x 7.25 x 3.25″
I flipped the cigar box so that the opening is now on the top and it has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Eight gold purse feet have been added to the back and bottom of the purse and four gold corner protectors to the back for added protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or crossbody. I sell straps and gold and silver crossbody chains too. The chain on my mannequin, Suzy, is available, but not included.
THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! Also, these are all hand made by me, not a machine, so when applicable, fluctuations in my decoupage medium can also occur. They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
