I’m a bit crazy over these sparkly pink pineapple brooches! This one looks especially perfect resting on a sea of decoupaged pink gingham. Four gold filigree corners make the repurposed brooch pop even more. The upcycled cigar box is a blond, wooden, Fuente, Hemingway, Reserve, Classic Especial with dovetail details. The original black velvet bottom has been further lined with pink petal trim. The beautiful red velvet Fuente label remains authentically in tact on the inner lid. I painted the back black and sealed it. The handle is made up of gold, pink, pink gingham, crystal and pearl beads and is lucky to have a lovely pink silk tassel.
The cigar box has been flipped so that the opening is now on the top and has been given a gold three ball lock for security. Eight gold purse feet have been added to the back and bottom for protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or cross body. I sell straps and gold and silver cross body chains too. The chain on my mannequin, Suzy, is available, but not included.
7.75 x 7 x3″ ** THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
