2319 Beautiful Starfish Cigar Box Purse

Where to begin? This adorable Humadorable starts out as a brown, wooden, Perla del Mar (pearl of the sea) cigar box with wrap around greed labels. I decoupaged a colorful under the sea Lilly P. print onto the front and then added this gorgeous starfish! The starfish is light weight but sturdy hard plastic and I gilded it to the rich gold color you see now and added the little colored pearls to the center. The back has been left in it’s original state and please note that there is a diagonal slash mark from where they removed the cellophane at the smoke shop. This is common. The handle is done in gold wooden beads and pink and aqua crystal beads along with a silk pink tassel. I did the interior with padded and plush aqua velvet and pink ball trim. 7.25 x 7.5 x 3.75″- nice and deep!

I flipped the cigar box so that the opening is now on the top and it has been given a gold three ball lock for security.  Eight gold purse feet have been added to the back and bottom and eight gold corner protectors have been added to the front and back for protection. Gold hardware has been attached to the sides so that you may add a strap that you already own. This makes these little cigar box purses of mine versatile in that they can be worn by the handle, over the shoulder or crossbody. I sell straps and gold and silver crossbody chains too. The chain on my mannequin, Suzy, is available, but not included.

** THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC CIGAR BOX PURSE, SO SMALL FLAWS INFLICTED BY THE SMOKERS OF THE CIGARS ARE TO BE EXPECTED! Also, these are all hand made by me, not a machine, so when applicable, fluctuations in my decoupage medium can also occur. They only add character and charm! Large flaws will be noted in the description.
